A full bathroom refit
We took out the bath and fitted a quadrant shower, a high-level cistern toilet, a washstand basin, an LED mirror and a towel radiator, then tiled the room in green and white metro tiles with a patterned floor.
A bathroom with a roll-top bath
We stripped the room back to bare boards, then fitted a freestanding roll-top bath, a shower enclosure, a high-level cistern toilet, a vanity unit and a traditional towel radiator, with large marble-effect tiles.
For landlords
Landlords have to get every gas appliance and flue in a rented home safety-checked every 12 months, and give tenants a copy of the record. We do the check, email you the Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12) the same day, and remind you before the next one is due. Letting agents can hand us their whole list.
